Seattle Pizza Chains Launch Taco Time and Clam Chowder Mashups
Seattle pizza restaurants are embracing unusual local flavours with two limited-edition collaborations. Pagliacci has teamed with Taco Time Northwest for a pizza featuring hot sauce, seasoned beef, Tater Fries, cheddar, pico de gallo and ranch, while Big Mario’s and Ivar’s have created a seafood-topped Clam Chowder Bread Bowl Pizza.
The collaborations combine well-known Pacific Northwest restaurant brands and show how local food businesses are using limited-time, attention-grabbing mashups to attract customers and create social-media buzz.
Pagliacci’s Taco Time Pizza runs October 1–27, while Big Mario’s Clam Chowder Bread Bowl Pizza is available October 1–31 at participating Seattle-area locations.
