Brivfy ("Brivfy," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website www.brivfy.com and the Brivfy mobile applications for iOS and Android (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Push notifications: Manage or disable notifications in the app settings or your device settings at any time.
- Email communications: Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email; service-related messages may still be sent.
- Advertising identifiers: On iOS, use "Allow Apps to Request to Track" and Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt to control tracking. On Android, reset or delete your advertising ID in device settings. On the web, adjust cookie preferences via our consent banner where available.
- Account data: Update your profile and preferences within the app or website, or contact us to access or correct your data.
- Account deletion: You may delete your account at any time from the app settings or by contacting us at the address below. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal information except where retention is required by law.

Thailand (PDPA): Users in Thailand have rights under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), including access, rectification, erasure, objection, and data portability.
California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents may request disclosure of the categories of personal information we collect, request deletion or correction, and opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell personal information. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals on our website where required.
EEA/UK (GDPR): Users in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom hold the rights listed above under the GDPR and UK GDPR.
