Central Park Unveils ‘Here for All of You’ Campaign to Promote Well-Being and Urban Inclusivity in Bangkok

Central Park Unveils ‘Here for All of You’ Campaign to Promote Well-Being and Urban Inclusivity in Bangkok

Bangkok, Thailand – Central Pattana plc, Thailand’s leading sustainable real estate developer, is set to launch the first phase of its landmark “Central Park” project on 4 September 2025, under the inspiring campaign ‘Here for All of You’. Designed as a space that goes beyond retail, the initiative reimagines urban development by promoting wellness, inclusivity, and community connection in the heart of Bangkok.

In collaboration with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), the campaign introduces the ‘Conversation Chair’ concept — transforming traditional billboards into interactive seating areas placed in Lumpini Park. These innovative installations face one another to encourage open dialogue, idea-sharing, and cultural exchange. With this unique approach, Central Park aims to spark meaningful connections among Bangkokians of all backgrounds.

The initiative’s launch was attended by prominent figures including Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt, U.S. Ambassador to Thailand Robert F. Godec, and key Central Pattana executives such as Mr. Chanavat Uahwatanasakul (President, Retail and Development), Dr. Nattakit Tangpoonsinthana (Chief Marketing Officer), and Mr. Kunayudh Dej-udom (Asset Director, Central Park).

Mr. Kunayudh Dej-udom emphasized that Central Park will serve as more than a shopping destination — it’s envisioned as a new benchmark for quality urban living. In line with Bangkok’s ‘Million Tree Initiative’, the campaign will distribute 2,000 seedlings to the public, contributing to a greener, healthier city. In addition, the public can take part in art therapy sessions, sound healing, and relax at the Conversation Chair, which brings together elements of traditional Thai park benches and modern design thinking.

These chairs also feature conversation starters — including games and questions around topics like sustainability, community, and urban futures — turning everyday spaces into zones of reflection and dialogue.

Opening on 4 September 2025, Central Park will showcase an unparalleled mix of lifestyle, retail, and dining. It will house internationally renowned brands and culinary experiences, from Michelin-recognized restaurants to iconic street food, with several making their debut in Thailand. Beyond retail, the space will host art, music, and cultural events, setting a new standard for contemporary urban experiences and reinforcing Bangkok’s position as a global city.
